Cords, extension cords, and plugs are very helpful and efficient, they are able to increase the amount of outlets in a certain area. Now a days we have special cords which don't let the amount of electricity overload. Also, they are helpful outside,where electricity does not travel as well. Extension cords let electricity travel outside without an outlet. Did you know? That plugs, cords, and extension cords can be very dangerous as well. Sometimes they can over heat or touch water, and then catch fire. Also, cords, extension cords, and plugs can cause burns, shocks, and electrocution. So, they can be good and bad at times.
